Frequently Asked Questions

How does a listing check work from a URL?

Paste a live listing link. We fetch the photos and stated specs, then match dial, bezel and case details against 50,000+ references. If the photos don't fit the declared reference or movement, we flag it so you can correct the listing and avoid copying the same mistake to other channels.

Can I check a listing before publishing it?

Yes. Upload photos and/or enter your draft specs. This is the pre-publish flow. URL checks are for listings that are already live.

What kind of data is available?

Each reference includes structured specs: brand, model, reference number, case size, materials, movement, production years, photos, plus price ranges with source attribution.

The same data is available via API.

Where do specs and prices come from?

We combine vetted catalogs and manufacturer data where available. Every field lists sources and last updated timestamps so you know what changed and why.

Can I track my own collection?

Absolutely. You can add watches to a private dashboard. Track value changes with your own receipts and notes attached and export insurer or resale-ready PDFs and CSVs. Your data stays yours; delete it anytime.

How is my data protected?

We store only what you submit for a check. You choose what stays and you can export or delete everything at any time.

Is there an API for developers?

Yes. Pull specs, images and price estimates through a versioned API. Use it to validate listings, sync inventory, or power internal tools. Enterprise tiers will support high-volume access.
